   Hard to contact. Really lovely when you do get to speak to someone. I know they are short staffed but I have been trying to call for 4 days now and the phone is NEVER answered (27 calls). I only want to request my batch prescription to be made up. I will now have to make a special trip to the store to request this. I only have a couple of days of meds left so this really unacceptable. It shouldn't be this hard.

   Nice and friendly pharmacy team. They do the best they can with the little support they have been given. I was told they have multiple job vacancies and trying their best with the little staff they have to help patients. NHS 111 have always been contacted about store closures but NHS 111 fail to update the website, and for some reason patients take it out on the pharmacy when it’s not their fault. People don’t know how the world of pharmacy work and should think before writing reviews. The pharmacy do not get access to change opening hours online unfortunately and so they do the best they can by signposting elsewhere when closed.

1. Fragkiskos Vellis ★☆☆☆☆

   Totally unreliable. Emergency prescription sent by my GP to them, on a Sunday morning, only to go there (in Sainsbury’s) and find out that “due to shortage of staff” they are closed! No notification to NHS 111??? Really? You should be taking your role more seriously!

   Does what it says on the tin, go in, ask for prescription, take it and leave. Always prompt and helpful, but not good at answering the phone, although they are short staffed so can't really be helped.

   Very very rude smiled when I said " you have had it 24 hours " the black haired with glasses smiled and shrugged her shoulders. I explained this is not a caring attitude and I turned and left to hear her laughing at me. The pharmacist was eating his lunch in full view when there is a staff room unstairs
