Very slow service repeat prescriptions take far longer than your told i suggest requesting a prescription two weeks minimum before you need it .
Weight Loss Clinic at Day Lewis, Old Basing is a friendly, free and invaluable resource to help those of us with a weight problem to achieve our goals. The support, advice and encouragement from Sara, the Pharmacist, has enabled me to lose over 4 stone, reverse my Type 2 diabetes, stop taking blood pressure tablets which I had been taking for around 40 years and feel better about my appearance. The monthly reviews are in the diary but Sara is only ever a phone call away, or I can pop into the pharmacy for a quick chat, should I have any questions or issues. Thank you Day Lewis for providing this service and a special “thank you” to Sara for enabling me to achieve my goals and beyond!

There's a certain member of staff with short curly black hair. She was extremely rude to the person who was kindly collecting my prescription for me which they had 5 days to get ready but still wasn't. I couldn't collect as I work 12 hours a day and by the time I'm finished it'll be closed Wouldn't recommend and will be redirecting for future prescriptions.
The service provided was exceptional, as expected. The staff were friendly and demonstrated great efficiency. This visit marked my first return in 9 months, and I was delighted to be warmly greeted by my name.
