The worst place ever. Do not stay here. It's disgusting. Dirty and unkept. May be cheap. But it's a hole. So bad we went elsewhere .
I visited with someone special to me and it was a perfect place to stay for a week, it was very clean. The process to enter the building was very simple and easy. The pricing is amazing, would recommend this to anybody 10/10. Shoutout to Joe!
Perfect for a week's stay. Very clean, well furnished, lovely, and quiet at night. I stayed in a studio flat, comfy double bed, flat screen tv with Netflix, etc. Good shower, modern kitchen with all you need to cook with, 2 hobs, oven that can also be used as a grill. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room, which was handy! Towels provided, nice view from the back. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar available, salt, and pepper too. No microwave, which would've been handy. Apart from this, it was a very good experience.
Easy check in/check out. I was a bit worried about the fire alarm going off after reading reviews but no problems from us! It was quiet and never heard any other guests. The rooms are modern and clean. The room was a bit smaller than expected but fine for the weekend. Would stay again
I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. Especially if you’re planning on working from this place like I did. During my stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times and every time it took their fire Marshall over 1 hour to get here to turn it off each and every time. Speaking to other guests who had been staying here confirmed this was “a thing”. Their “emergency contact number” also doesn’t connect to anything, so that’s fun. All you get is a WhatsApp chat. Parking is an absolute nightmare, my room stank of cigarettes, the shower heads are clogged with chalk, your “fully equipped kitchen” could win an award for bluntest knifes in the world, the drying machine didn’t work for about 1 week of my stay, etc. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
I stayed in room 12 which was very quiet, modern and well equipt. Everything was clean and there are laundry facilities available. The bed was comfy, too. Communication via Whatsapp was easy and prompt. I would definitely stay again. You might even get a discount when booking directly rather than through Airbnb or Booking.

Had an absolutely brilliant stay here whilst working at the Boat Show. Barbara went out of her way to make sure that my colleague and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the beds were super comfy. I loved the bath and couldn't have wished for more. Would recommend this accomodation to anyone! Oh! And the cooked breakfast was out of this world!
