   When they can be bothered to text you to collect your prescription less than half of it is available. It takes them over a week to fill 2 of 6 items. Told to come back in a few days for the rest but only have 1 and half days worth of tablets left. The missing drugs are for alzheimers and breast cancer. Also never answer the phone. They are now worse than Lloyds Pharmacy were

   Tesco Pharmacy, Newbury discriminate against white Brits. This is racist. Bored of queueing recently, I then started timing the wait until I was given my prescription. There was one person in front of me in the queue and I waited over 20 minutes. I started timing after I'd got bored of waiting. The qualified (apparently) staff member spoke to a customer for over 10 minutes; if he'd anticipated her needs and told her everything she needed to know, it needn't have taken nearly so long. The other staff member hovered about or hid in the back doing nothing productive. When the prescription finally was given to me, I said I was happy to take it. The spare staffer then fetched the qualified one and both went on at me fussing aggressively that the prescription couldn't be returned. I explained I didn't want to return a prescription I hadn't taken, and that I'd waited over 20 minutes to collect what I'd just been partly given. Their combined stupidity was really very alarming. My anger had been fuelled by the discrimination on the waiting screen and the racism endured whilst waiting, the pointless and excessive wait, and then the argumentative and ignorant nature of staff with no customer service skills whatsoever. I am disgusted beyond belief, left fuming and have already changed my registered pharmacy. I also dislike that Tesco for their rude staff so maybe the audacity is contagious. This is not the first time I have experienced incompetence, pointless staff flaffing about unproductively, ostensibly looking for prescriptions that just aren't there. I have been to this pharmacy a few times and always leave angry. The most recent visit though was the very last straw.

   I was dealt with by a rude , obnoxious, arrogant pharmacist. I asked for an over the counter medication, and without him asking anything about my symptoms, just told me I was fine. I wasn't fine and knew exactly what I needed, as it is what I've previously been advised by a doctor to get. It was willful negligence. I've never been so poorly dealt with. It was absolutely shocking. I can't believe someone with so little medical knowledge and so little care can be a qualified pharmacist.

   Just experienced the worst service ever at this branch which is usually very good. The Pharmacist was so rude just because he wanted to go home and couldn't be bothered to see what I needed despite me standing there BEFORE their revised closing time. He was so dismissive, it bordered on obnoxious. I fully understand staff shortages and staff cover being an issue but when they make the decision to close early, they should at least take the time to explain to customers and maybe put a sign or two up before hand. It's okay, my emergency prescription can wait ..

   I was not contacted because they did not have part of my prescription. The part they did have is necessary. Pharmacists are supposed to be bright people. Wouldn’t you think they would dispense parts of prescriptions which they know keep people breathing, so to speak. I had to wait while they dispensed, mean while dealing with a person who came after me. Yes, the pharmacist. When I asked if I could, respectfully request they dispense the most important part of the prescription, he was extremely rude. I have changed mt pharmacy. There is no customer service anymore.

   Useless, put prescription in, only had half the tablets told to return to collect rest, then refused to give my wife rest of them due to prescription being out of date, well dip s*%$s if you had the stock in the first place wouldn't have gone past 28 days but further more prescription was in before said 28 days, absolutely useless, wouldn't recommend them at all
