   Ceri is so friendly, helpful and experienced. I’ve been managing my property for years and now handed over my keys to Ceri. What a relief! She deals with all the issues with efficiency and ease. She is so chilled but also on the case. She oversaw my flat renovation with reasonable fees and now fully managing my property. She is informative and have a great network of tradesmen. I feel I can sit back and relax and money well spent on appointing her.

   We are using Reece Residencies as a management agent for a block where we have two rental properties.    Amazing landlords! Having lived in two different properties at Reece Residences both experiences have been great. I have been a happy tenant for almost 3 years. Any issues that may have occurred have been fixed quickly. They are always contactable and very friendly, I have been made to feel comfortable without it being intrusive . Would definitely recommend.    We have been so impressed with the professionalism and dedication to making renting out our buy-to-let property such a simple experience. They have managed everything with the new tenants with minimal fuss for us; exactly the right amount of engagement (not every little detail, but also not leaving us in the dark). It has taken a huge weight off our minds to know that we are in safe hands. If we had any other properties they would 100% be managed by Reece Residents and I cannot recommend them enough.
