Response time was unlike most and I would get a email reply virtually within the hour. They were very patient while we waited for documents to arrive in the post and then once they did and it was time to collect the keys, the process was so simple and easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time tenant. Will be returning to say a little thank you in person.”
