   We have just recently sold our property with Enfields Eastleigh. They were great throughout, particularly Sophie. They gave us a point of contact for a solicitor and mortgage advisor - both which are also extremely helpful. Sophie made the process for us stress free and easy. The communication and support from start to finish was amazing and I would recommend to anyone else wanting to sell their property in the area!

   Enfields at Eastleigh recently sold a property for me, and it was a very positive experience. At each stage of the process we had a dedicated point of contact, and they provided good support without pressure and kept me regularly updated. I didn’t have a particular solicitor that I wanted to use, but Enfields put me in touch with a solicitor that they work with closely, and that worked really well. Enfields also have a dedicated sales progressor, who acted as a point of contact between me, the buyers and the solicitor, and she kept everyone informed and kept things moving. I would recommend Enfields and would use them again if I had another property to sell.

   Used Enfields at Eastleigh to sell my late sister's property. During what was a very difficult time for me especially as i lived 250 miles away, having regular updates, prompt replies to emails and someone answering the phone to respond to questions i had was priceless. They supported me through the process and liaised with vendor and solicitor to ensure everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Sophie and Luan who were both just brilliant.

   Enfields helped me find the right property to purchase starting from the house review, the price agreement process, dealing with the property owner and updating me till the date of completion. My contact person was Sophie, she was professional but friendly, and she replied to my queries in proper time frame. They brought me a nice gift when I got the keys. It was a long journey but ended a happy ending.

   We have dealt with several estate agents in the Chandler's Ford / Eastleigh area over the past year for buying and selling and, of all the agents we dealt with, Enfields were the most professional and most helpful by a clear mile! Enfields sold our house and the communications have been very good all the way through to completion, despite a challenging journey with many obstacles to overcome. In particular, Luan and Sophie have been absolutely brilliant! When going though something as stressful as moving house, having good honest updates, quick responses to emails, and someone answering the phone to answer your questions is priceless (I don't always like the truth but I always like honesty)! That's what you can expect with Enfields, and Sophie and Luan have provided an excellent service, so thanks to you both! I have to say, don't be fooled by various other local estate agents who market themselves as prestigious market leaders. We were lied to by other agents (significantly), and couldn't get through to them on the phone or they wouldn't return our calls etc. so I would be cautious of others. I would highly recommend Enfields for a good, honest and professional service and I would definitely use them again!

   Myself and my partner have had such a positive experience with Enfields Eastleigh from start to finish. Everyone we have communicated with has been great but in particular Luan who dealt with our sale. She is efficient and helpful and was key in helping us to exchange on our house before our baby was born (with a very tight turn around) following a previous house falling through with another agent. We received at least twice weekly updates and chasing was done promptly. From offer accepted to exchange was just 9 weeks which in the midst of a pandemic was a fantastic outcome for a pair of panicked first time buyers expecting a baby imminently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

   We decided to use Enfields to sell our house as they had good reviews. We requested a valuation through their website one Sunday evening and were seen the very next day. The house was online by Wednesday and we accepted an offer by Saturday! We have dealt with Oliver (mostly) who has been extremely efficient and quick to respond with any queries. Couldn't do enough to help us. Friendly team and excellent service all round. Recommended!
