   10 days of bracing holidays, park-like surroundings, lovely and tidy cottage with everything you need. Wonderful hikes right behind the house in moors and hills. Great sites to visit in closer and farer distance. Would love to come again.

   Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Well equipped cottage that was very comfortable. Lovely garden with lots of rabbits and a stoat to watch from the windows. Olivia was very welcoming. Great for walks from the door also a short drive to Rudyard lake for canoeing and Peak wildlife park, which the kids loved. Would highly recommend a stay at Field House Cottage.

   We spent the weekend in Field House Cottage and enjoyed every minute. The house was well equipped, clean, and it seems like they thought about all the little details. Located in a beautiful country side area. We will recommend others who come to the Peak to spend the weekend there.

   Beautiful scenery and charming cottage. All very well looked after by a very lovely people. Clean and spacious. With great hiking routes and amazing places to see only few minutes walk from the cottage this is an ideal place to stay. We absolutely loved our stay and we most definitely will be back. Thank you

   The most idyllic setting and the most brilliant hosts. I stayed here with my parents and my husband and we all had the most wonderful time. Brilliant walks straight out of the door (and lots of maps and suggested routes from Olivia), which we really enjoyed, as well as good pubs locally and a great lounge to play boardgames and watch films. The cottage was one of the best equipped I have stayed in. We all talked about having to return. Thanks so much to Olivia and George for the most wonderful stay!

   Beautiful location and a great cottage with horses in the field nearby, outside eating areas and Geese at the bottom of the garden. Would return here for a break from the city. We used it as accommodation for a nearby wedding but I would recommend it for longer stays as there are great walks surrounding the cottage. Will definitely return again.

   Without a doubt the nicest holiday cottage I have ever stayed in. Every last detail has been thought about. Olivia made us very welcome and the cottage was warm, comfortable and superbly equipped. The garden was an amazing playground for the children and the countryside from the doorstep just stunning. Thank you! We'll be back.
