   I heard that whiston hall hotel had New staff and were serving breakfasts. Being a regular full breakfast user I thought let’s give it a try. Glad I popped in, the restaurant is spotless with an amazing view. Really enjoyed it, just how I like it. staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend ! M

   Enjoyed our stay very much! The views are lovely and there are plenty of places to explore walking in the area. The rooms were clean, a good size and well presented. The bar had a nice selection of drinks available and they stayed open a little longer for us, despite it being a quiet night. Thank you! Breakfast was delicious, although the service was a tad slow. Maybe it was just a very busy time? A tiny thing in comparison to the good things about Whiston Hall Hotel.

   Disgusting place. Leaking, cold and miserable. We arrived after a 3 hour drive hoping for a meal only to be told they aren't doing food because they're short staffed. Tried to go to the bar to see if we could at least get a drink only to find we were locked in our end of the corridor and couldn't access the hotel reception. 2 poor kids left to run the place and it seems they had gone home after we arrived so we were stuck locked in what felt like a prison cell. The pictures looked like an idyllic country retreat, it couldn't have been further from it. I wish we hadn't paid cash on arrival because we would have most certainly left to find somewhere else.

   We went for a sunday dinner today and I have never had a better sunday lunch in my life. There was 3 of us and we shared a sunday lunch board. Great portions, fantastic selection of veg on the board with succulent ham and the best pigs in blankets i’ve ever seen. Words cannot describe how good this meal was, if i could vote it 11/10 i would. Big shoutout to the chef Ryan who did a fantastic job.

   Had a lovely one night stay here before an Alton Towers visit. It was a lovely location and wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were great and food and drinks reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

   Absolutely stunning location with beautiful views. The hotel was so clean, smelt lovely and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Cooked breakfast was great with a selection of cereals, toast, yoghurts and juice too! Will definately go back when in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

   Really lovely place with great hosts. The rooms were large and the beds big and comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were tasty, well cooked and plentiful. The hosts and staff were all helpful and friendly. Alveley quiet place to stay especially if you like golf. Next time I will get my clubs our and use a buggy.

   The location is just breath taking. Nestled in the country hill, its golf course offers views of natural beauty of geeen valleys and country life. Rooms are nice and clean and service is excellent. Loved the hot breakfast. Though found that the bed wasn't totally comfortable and could feel springs underneath. And definitely not a fan of twin taps. Summer is OK but in winter, it must have a mixer tap in the toilet. Overall, rely enjoyed the stay and a stroll around.

   This is a review for the restaurant as we didn’t stay here. We live close by and have started using the restaurant at Whiston Hall. Tonight we had a family meal for my sons 21st birthday. It was faultless! The staff are lovely and welcoming, the restaurant itself is beautiful, very spacious and airy, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The food is just gorgeous and reasonably priced. There were 11 of us and all our meals were served swiftly, hot and without a hiccup. Thank you!
