   Traditional farmhouse accommodation with lovely en suite rooms. Nice warm welcome and lovely owners who take care to make sure your stay is the best experience. Far enough from the main road to make it feel secluded but also close enough to take the short drive to Leek or surrounding villages and visitor attractions in the area. Would recommend for singles, couples and families as everyone is catered for. Breakfast selection very generous and varied according to taste.

   The positives Friendly staff . Rooms good size . And allowed dogs .location ideal Negatives . Rooms dusty and musty . Breakfast not so great .disappointed

   Friendly and welcoming family the breakfast was amazing and although there was no WiFi in the outside rooms we were able to go to the breakfast room if we required to use WiFi but tbh it wasn't a problem for us would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to others
