   Great Service from Mizuno's Glasgow Agent and excellent from their golf pro patiently booked me in ,fitted me out and advised me on new Mizuno Irons to suit me. However Mizuno Golfs after service couldn't have been any more difficult and customer care was extremely disappointing. Mizuno's Glasgow Agent had no record of my purchase. Went home and found receipt again drove to Mizuno's Glasgow Agent who passed me to Mizuno Europe who passed me to Mizuno Golf Europe who passed me back to their Glasgow Mizuno Rep. Glasgow Agent do not give out details of Mizuno Reps but contact Mizuno Golf again. Real shame after such a great Initial customer service.

   So, I am 16 weeks in from an order of custom fitted Mizuno irons. I can understand the supply chain issues currently, however what I can't understand is the "they are in production and will be with you Wednesday next week" attudue from Muzuno. 4 times I have been told this. 4 weeks of being fobbed off. Massively disappointed as have been a Mizuno golf fan for over 25 years, with having 4 sets of custom fitted clubs over the years. Considering Taylor Made and Callaway have a 7-10 day turnaround, 112 days later I am still waiting from Mizuno. In short, if you are in the market for Mizuno custom clubs don't bother. The customer service now is so poor. Buy another make, as you can at least be assured they will be with you in the same calendar year!!!! So dissapointed Mizuno!!

   Beware of the Mizuno Golf Group, nepotism and favouritism for those who are Admins and Moderators but anyone else is treated differently. They are all for rules, except when it applies to themselves. They also play favourites with other displayed posts that clearly and obviously go against their own published standards and expectations of the group. Not a great reflection on Mizuno (Official), as a product or a organisation that promotes strong values and ethics, when a number of the Group Moderators and Members are Mizuno paid staff, #nothingfeelslikeamizuno especially when nepotism and favouritism is quite obvious.
