   We have used DM design a couple of times. The first time was quite positive &!we like our kitchen. Then a couple of years ago we returned to get our bathroom redesigned and it was a terrible experience!!! We did like the designs; however, the quality of finish is shocking! Still absolutely fuming that we received such shoddy treatment & yet no one from the company cared. I don’t understand why there hasn’t been an investigation into this company. AVOID!!!!

   I would give zero stars if possible, really wish I'd read the reviews before getting involved with this company. They spend around 4 hours at your house do the designs there and then tell you that they will take £500 off the price if you go through with it there and then. Took my rather large deposit and afterwards I had a bad feeling seen terrible reviews and decided to cancel well within the cooling off period, was advised to would take 3-5 days to process the refund, it's now 25 days later, and they've stopped responding to email, don't answer the phone, leaving me no option but to take legal action. Absolute shocking behaviour from a company.

   From start to Finnish I can not recommend them enough . The quality is super . Ann came to the house and designed what we wanted and even gave us options. Ann was not pushy and let us think about it before deciding . The date was set for fitting and they came exactly when they said . It wasn’t an easy job as it was an old house and nothing is straight !! Ferdi and Karim were excellent and the quality of workmanship was far beyond my expectations . Nothing was too much for Ferdi and his team . I would definitely have him for future work in the house as his attention to detail and pride in his work isn’t seen much these days . There were a couple of snags which were sorted with out any problem ( not fitting snags ) . I would definitely recommend DM design for a kitchen . Thank you Ann, Ferdi, Karim and all Ferdi’s team .

   Highly recommended, the team are very informative and helpful and gave me great idea's to get the most out of the space. Installation was done with minimum fuss and was done to a very high standard. Recommend to anyone looking for a Kitchen or Bathroom.

   Built in bedroom units have transformed our room where we couldn't get furniture to fit. Job was completed as promised. Installer was very particular during installation, resulting in an extremely neat job and he cleared up!! Delighted

   Thank you DM Design! After reading a few reviews, I thought is this a true reflection or is it just people only reviewing when things go wrong. After the designer came to our house, we had a good discussion and I was put at ease. the finished bedroom was excellent, really excellent. The team of 3 fitters were polite, clean and professional. Well done DM Design and don't listen to all these Debbie Downers who only want to complain if things don't go right, or so they say!

   Absolutely awful my bathroom wasn't measured properly so my toilet sink and shower doestrogen nother fit. The man emploYedingham to fit it has altered all the fittings to get it in. The shower tray is too small for a disabled seat and rail in it. I contacted BEN who then asked me to pay for a new shower tray £150 for the builder to stay and work another day and £90 for other pieces to finish my bathroom. I was so distressed with all the catry on that I stupidly paid him grand total 410 pounds. The agreement was I had to pay this right away to my shower tray on Saturday. Yes you guessed right nof shower tray and builder leaving tonight 1st April god knows what to do as I am disabled and need a walk in shower This company is a joke I am contacting a solicitor on Monday and just hope I could rip it all out and shove it where the sun don't shine. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
