   After placing a order (less than £30) for two items weighing at less than 2kg and opting for the slow delivery at £2.99 I received an email telling me that there is a surcharge for delivery to my area (Moray, Scotland IV31) of £23. That is over 75% of the cost. I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. The company delivers using TNT and will not use Royal Mail. Half of Scotland is in surchargeable areas as well as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. Why not parts of rural SW or Wales? Ridiculous! Avoid if you live in Scotland!

   I've been to their facility in stockenchurch and they have a huge collection of quality gym equipment from power racks to kettle balls, strength and conditioning equipment, being close to where I live I don't see a reason going anywhere else. The staff are very helpful and most important ready to offer you options instead of pushing you to buy. They have a showroom and warehouse side by side so you you can choose and pick all at once!
