Always a smile and helpful staff . This has to be one of my favourite shops in Marlow as I wear so much workout gear.
Went in today to browse, was the only one in there. Both girls didn’t bother to look or greet me when I came in, carried on talking between themselves across the shop floor. Nor did they as me if I wanted any help with anything. I ended up leaving as I was made to feel very unwelcomed.
I had a great experience in the Marlow store last week. Both of the associates were helpful and accommodating.
Poor experience in the shop, popped in and was the only customer at the weekend, I found the staff to be disinterested and the shop uninviting.
Always brilliant service here , any day of the week. Polite and helpful. A dying breed in shop assistants.
I have shopped there 3 times now and each time the staff were very nice and helpful, shopping there is a very enjoyable experience, with knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back!
I recently popped to the Marlow shop as my local shop in Beaconsfield is closed until July. I cannot rate the staff here highly enough, they were attentive and took the time to help with what I needed whilst also entertaining my daughter. I always love the products I purchase and walked away with a gorgeous rucksack and mat.

Visited this shop with my wife and was highly impressed with both the quality of the product and the staff. The shop had a very relaxed and welcoming feel and the two members of staff were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you.
Absolutely wonderful staff can't do enough for you, I'm quite new to sweaty betty but now hooked and that's due to all the lovely staff in Marlow
