    Have been trying for a week to get a parcel delivered to me there tracking service is awful there online tracking line us always incorrect. Have trued many times to get a refund from my sender but until this company admits it has lost the parcel the lies drag on. I would think twice before using this company at this time

    Probably the worst delivery service in England. Courier couldn’t be bothered to ring the Ring doorbell. Which in turn caused me to miss my delivery even though I was at home waiting for it… And couldn’t be bothered to leave parcel with a neighbour. Funny thing is, I had a Dpd delivery 30minutes after DHL attempted and they actually rang the doorbell!!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would, driver has lied about attempted delivery and a phone call today. I’ve managed to get through to a customer representative on the e-commerce side - which is more difficult than chewing rocks. They informed me that the driver couldn’t access the road, despite the road being completely clear. They then told me that it was issues with the van. So which is it? Pathetic, lying, attempt at ‘customer service’. I don’t know how they are still in business and why businesses choose to use their horrendous service - if you can find a different delivery option that would be my best advice!

    Where do I start? Pretty much the same as everyone else's review! Paid extra for my parcel to be delivered over 24hrs. The parcel was delivered to a completely different address to mine, I had to post a message on my local village Facebook page to find out who's door was in the photo that the delivery driver sent to me. I then find out the owner of the property, told the driver it's not the right delivery address, so the driver then took the parcel back to the deport, where it sits now! I get a message to say it's going to be re-delivered on the Monday and then changed to the Tuesday and then it's again today (Which is Nov 26th) to Saturday the 23rd!!!!! I really can't believe how bad the service is. My parcel is worth about £3k, so my mental health is suffering really badly because of all this stress and I can't run my business with this item.

    I paid more so the parts I needed urgently were with me within 3 working days. Parcel was due to be delivered on the 15th. Its now the 19th. I wasted my whole weekend waiting around as you promised it would be delivered with your 'weekend recovery plan' - no update to my tracking at all and what a surprise - it did not turn up. Its still sat in the depot. They were closed this weekend - fantastic - so I call today to find out which depot it is at so that I can come and collect it from the depot myself as they seem too incompetent to do this for me. Apparently they do not allow this. You are holding my £1000 parcel hostage at this point. The lady on the phone could not give me an updated ETA, could not provide her managers name or transfer me to anyone else. Still I am without any sort of answer??

    Unfortunately 0 Starts isn’t an option for this completely incompetent company! Disgusting! My delivery was due today 09/12/2022 waited in all day and at 8.30pm get an email saying it’s not going to be delivered now it will be Monday… I have now lost the weekend & £1000 out of pocket. Impossible to speak to a human being. Tried calling, emailing & Facebook but nothing! An international embarrassment of a company!

    Totally and utterly incompetent, useless, moronic clowns going. I've only ever had two dealings with this lot and both times they have totally screwed up. Parcel due for delivery on 12 th August...their statement and confirmation...sat at home all day only to find at SEVEN P.M. that the parcel was delayed and would not be delivered until next working day....NO CONTACT FROM THEM AT ALL. Completely let down again. WHY DO PEOPLE USE THESE CLOWNS. UPDATE: Message received from DHL asking me to update my review so they can help me.....WHAT NEEDS UPDATING.... YOU'RE USELESS...THE REVIEW SAYS IT ALL... DOESN'T NEED UPDATING unless you want me to go through a dictionary and find every word that sums up USELESS and add it to this review. If you want to help tell me how you're going to compensate me for wasting my whole day and screwing up the whole weekend.....Oh! Look, incompetent DHL go silent....go bust and close would be better.

    Absolutely disgusting service, I would have given Zero stars if it was possible. Both women who I dealt with were complete jobsworths. My Daughter who lives 3 hours drive away had placed an online order, (my Birthday Present for tomorrow) and requested that it be delivered to our address. They tried to deliver it yesterday but we were not in so they left a card and I opted to collect it this morning and took the card they posted through our letterbox, my driving licence and a recent bank statement . However the company had not put my name on the package but rather my daughter's. The 2 jobsworths said that I would need to bring my daughters ID in order for them to release the parcel. I explained that she lived 3 hours drive away and that we didn't keep her ID documents at our house. They then asked for my daughter's Mobile number which I gave by memory and I also showed her my name and the phone number in the contacts on my phone. But they still refused to release the parcel. After 20 minutes of negotiation I had to leave without it as I had an urgent appointment elsewhere. I then rang their Customer Service Number in Coventry, the man there sighed deeply when I explained what had happened and was very sympathetic. He arranged for the Parcel to be released to my wife who was able to collect it just before they closed at Midday. If I ever get another missed parcel delivery from DHL I will never again go to their depot and will just ask for it to be redelivered another day, even if it means that it arrives later than I actually want it.
