   My wife developed Shingles the day before our cruise from Southampton. The staff were superb, especially Francis who, quickly arranged for an emergency prescription to be issued. This was all done within thirty minutes. We cannot thank them enough for their courtesy and help at that stressful time. What a team!

   I arranged my flu jab at this pharmacy as my local one had no supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pharmacist on duty 7/11/23 was excellent giving the jab, and also very patient and informative answering some other health queries for me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I wish it was nearer where I live so I could use it more frequently.

   I go in this pharmacy for my prescriptions at least every two weeks. And I always find the staff so friendly and helpful. And the pharmacists, if ever I have a problem. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Definitely the best pharmacy I have ever used and I hope it's still around for many years!

   They close the pharmacy for lunch 13:30 - 14:30. this doesn't seem to be shown on their website. I had to kick my heels for 45 minutes after walking there.

   These guys are fantastic. We've had close dealings with them for the last 4 years with Mum in laws medications, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Mum in law has since passed as has my Mum, all in under 3 months.They've sorted bags of unused medication with the most empathy and concern for us. Don't have enough thanks, particularly for Caroline, Julie and Michelle.

   My mother has been going to this pharmacy for about a year and normally they are very nice and efficient. However, when I went to go in and pick up a prescription for her, not knowing whether or not it had been pre-paid for, the lady behind the counter told me I needed to pay. I didn’t think anything of it until several days later when I was told that it had already been paid for. My dad went back to the pharmacy to ask for the money back as it was a simple mistake, yet they refused to give a refund, despite there being an online record that that the prescription had already been paid for, and their initial fault of not checking whether I needed to pay at all! Not impressed.
