   I only deal with this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, I have problems everytime, I always have to ring them and ask where my prescription is, it takes them over a week to deliver it, and it's important medicine ( Insulin ), if it's late they don't bother to tell you that there is a problem, I get told time and time again that it'll be delivered the next day, then I have to ring because it doesn't, everytime this happens, it's not how it should be for ill people.

   I have been using Everetts, Hedge End pharmacy for 28 years and want to give 5 ***** to the team who serve behind the counter, who are always friendly and helpful. Last week I was being helped by a member of staff, when Monika walked past and, unasked, joined the conversation to offer helpful advice. Unknown to me at the time, Monika was going on break, but she stopped to help of her own accord. That is customer service - well done Monika! However, there is one particular lady who lets the customer service down as she is unwelcoming, unfriendly and makes you feel that you are being an inconvenience and a nuisance, even when collecting a prescription 15 minutes before the pharmacist goes to lunch. The pharmacy rightly expects no abuse from customers and neither should customers be subjected to this kind of behaviour on a regular basis. Marion Ewbank

   I have been using this pharmacy for what must be over 30 years. Whenever there is a problem with my medication, it's never the pharmacy that is at fault, instead it will be either the supplier, manufacturer, or even the doctor. They have always tried to help resolve any issues or offer advice. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I would especially like to thank Monika who has been, and continues to be, extremely helpful, and also Claire and Wendy, as these three are the ones who I have probably dealt with the most.

   I have been using Everetts in Hedge End for a while and can honestly say I can not find a fault with their service and help. When my surgery changed names Hey Pharmacist stopped working, but thanks to Monika I have got it working again. Monika, like all the team I have come across at the Pharmacy, is brilliant and always has a smile to welcome customers. 10/10 for Monika and the whole team, thank you, Stuart

   Every month there is problems the repeat prescription delivery to my father. I phone to chase they say it has been delivered and and then they miraculously find it in the shop. And my Dad runs out before I can get down there to pick up. And they are so rude when I chase up and slmost accused me of lying when I tell them he hasn't received the items. Why would I be wasting my time ringing if that wasn't the case ! One of the problems I think is their system , if it doesn't get delivered for whatever reason it is returned to shop and no further effort is made. Dad's order is split into 2 as some items have to especially ordered in, and they get delivered , a signature gained and the other items are forgotten it's every single month now. APPALLING

   The shop is always clean with plenty of lighting. Shelves are full with everything you would need. Staff are efficient and never have to queue for too long.

   Not even one star is good enough for this Pharmacy. Never in my life have I experienced more miserable, rude and incompetent staff. They definitely all in the wrong jobs. People skills are zero. They cannot ever get a prescription correct. Impossible to phone as they remove the receiver and you can’t get through. Place should be shut down.

   The woman that works here (in her 50s) is so unbelievably rude and arrogant. I'm shocked at how rude she is and the pharmacist stands back and says nothing! Infact she is beginning to get a reputation around hedge end. I've heard several people talk about how upset they've been after dealing with her. Awful woman in the wrong job.

   The staff here always seem like deer in headlights when you enter the shop and might want to buy something or get a prescription (which I would consider to be normal activities for a pharmacy). My wife's prescription was sent there direct from the doctor who told her she could go there and collect to straight away, but when she did exactly that the staff seemed very flustered and upset. She would have been happy to wait and didn't expect instant service. However she had to come back at the end of the day. All this wouldn't be so bad if the staff seemed friendly or explained the reasons why, but I just get the general feeling that you are a bother to the staff when ever I have entered the door.
