Arrived today for a pre-arranged appointment to find the store closed with a notice on the door 'apologies for any inconvenience'! I took time off work to attend so not happy. I had an email to remind me to attend my appointment so why no email to cancel???
Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. They go above and beyond for our family. Always keeping us up to date with prescriptions and medicine changes. So glad we have them
Put prescription in ,went back two and a half weeks later only to be told they didn't have it and would order it, told to go back three days later, went back four days later and still not been ordered! Disgraceful.
Always friendly, efficient & professional. Sometimes very busy, but that's the way it is.
