   I have always loved this pharmacy. I've been coming here for over 20 years, always polite and efficient. Since they've expanded the customer service, especially over the phone, it has significantly deteriorated. My last two phone calls, the staff member was rude, with an 'I couldn't care less about you,' attitude. I am a polite and considerate customer and am so disappointed. I have lost confidence in them now.

   Always efficient. Usually very busy but always seem to have enough staff on duty to maintain prompt service. Linked electronically to surgery next door to process prescriptions on demand and sends texts to patients to notify when repeat prescriptions are ready. Never had a problem here so very pleased.

   Big fancy store but aisles over filled , lots of dump bins and stands in the way. No wheelchair access and awkward layout. Well staffed but still a queue. Chinese lady in pharmacy very abrupt and quite rude . Staff seem to be falling over each other in general chaos .

   Absolutely brilliant chemist. Feels like a shopping centre when you come in but doesn’t move away from the fact that they’re a pharmacy at their core. Young Indian Pharmacist was so helpful in my consultation… He explained what might have caused (need be careful with my gardening more) and saved me from cellulitis that was moving up my arm by referring me to a doctor as an emergency. Really happy with the service, will look to get my prescriptions here next!

   Wow just wow, we are not from the area but was there for a flu vaccine. But I needed to see them about a rash my child had the whole pharmacy was quick and saw him diagnosed an allergic reaction which was treated and we went also the respect levels were amazing I had to have my flu forms signed as I'm under 50 as to why I needed it sooner and the pharmacist was very discreet and compassionate about my immunosuppression reason. Well done I will travel the extra miles just to be served by you

   Great pharmacy that’s busy with sometimes long queues but the kind pharmacist, I believe his name was Abeed was able to help me with my rash. He told me it was a fungal infection and saved me going down to the doctors by giving me cream to put on it and told me how to use it and now it’s gone. Great service, I highly recommend this place for advice and help!

   I simply collected a prescription today & asked for advice. There were lots of helpful staff available & my prescription which was sent over by the GP was provided in full in no time. I have now set up the text service so I can be notified as soon as my prescription is ready (or hopefully be informed if their is any delay). I was also able to speak with the pharmacist, James who clarified my queries about obtaining HRT gel. He gave me confidence in their service provision & the individualised care given to each person to ensure each need is met. I am so grateful.
