   Time wasters. They offer type 2 diabetes checks weekdays only, so I booked an appointment for after work. After driving through rush hour traffic they initially said I didn't have a booking without checking, and then when they found my booking said there was no point doing the test as it would be high anyway. They told me this test should only be booked for the morning. Why on earth do they offer bookings into the afternoon then?

   Quite possibly the worst business in the area. Never answer the phone, never have my prescription ready and when I do ask they always launch into the diatribes "have you received a text message to say it's ready" like its my fault they have not prepared a box of pills in 10 days... Each time it's always the same terrible service, late prescriptions that only every materialise when I have to chase them up. The only reason they are in business must be due to being directly connected to the surgery.

   Incompetence! Having had a flu jab booked tor 3 weeks. Got an answer phone message the day before asking for me to ring. Tried at least 20 times , no answer Turned up for the jab , they said it was cancelled I said if you had left the message informing me of that it would be fine. Staff couldn’t care less , I’d taken the morning off work. Attitude of the staff was appalling. Will never use them again

   Went in to get an ‘over the counter medicine’ available at any supermarket. I was asked embarrassing questions (with a whole queue listening) as to why I wanted it and was it approved by my doctor? Wasting everyone’s time. This pharmacy need to review their‘customer service’ urgently. Supermarket for me if I need any supermarket available items in future.

   Just dreadful! Rude! And totally ignorant assistant...incapable of being polite! However the actual pharmacist could not do enough to find my prescription..when she did unfortunately they didn't have any in stock but chased some up for me at a different chemist. Time and again I stand in the queue listening to the same problem with other patients..I just don't know what is happening there but it is awful! I will definitely change chemists now as this is a ongoing problem for them

   The team at the pharmacy could not have been more helpful in supporting us getting an urgent prescription. They went beyond normal service but all done with a smile that always helps. Thank you
