   I like the staff and their service but, today the person who served me shouted for the date of birth, name and first line of address from where they keep medicines when I was standing at the till, and when other customers stood nearby. I believe it is agaist confidentiality, privacy and dignity of customers.

   Went here because of a really painful sorethroat. I met a warm lady pharmacist who looked into the throat, recommended a lozenge that numbs pain cause it has some local anaesthetic. Got this there and now can eat and swallow much better. Many thanks

   Dont normally leave reviews. But went in to boots this morning to pick my prescription up. I thought i had two but after a quick chat with Sarah after i showed her the nhs app she told me the date they would be expected. She also advised my on a few things i could do to help with my condition, which i will take any advice. She is a credit to the store. The service is always brilliant from all staff. Many thanks

   Despite being such a busy store, on a main high street with loads of passing traffic and trade and a GP surgery literally around the corner, the team at Boots Station Road Mickleover always make time to help and show genuine interest and care. When they have been really busy I have always found really good communication from the team so you can go away and come back if you have other things to do. Throughout the COVID pandemic, there's was one of the few establishments I felt truly safe in accessing too.

   Zero service!! Went in this morning for cough mixture and was told they were sold out. I said that I was desperate and asked when they would have their next delivery. I was told that they had had one and the "lady" looked at the floor at some blue pallets. I asked when she would be getting them out and she said that would be tomorrow afternoon!!! Completely unhelpful with a "couldn't care less" type of attitude. I won't be going there again.

   Disgraceful and rude service..manager Taran and colleague Tayba have been extremely rude and have very dismissive attitude- no care for a clearly distressed customer..will never be returning to this pharmacy
