   I recently transferred to Rosebery as I was looking for a prescription delivery service. It works well. Plus I was very pleased to get a phone call from them to check I was not suffering any problems after starting taking a a new tablet.

   I work for a care home which was let down the night before our monthly medications were supposed to be delivered by our usual pharmacy for our residents. I contacted Roseberry Street pharmacy with over 100 prescriptions that needed fulfilling on Wednesday night around 19.00 Diva was very friendly and said that she would do what she could to help. Her level of communication was exemplary and by the Friday afternoon most of the prescriptions were ready for collection. Connor at the pharmacy even worked his Saturday morning off to fulfill the rest that were outstanding and these were collected Saturday afternoon. Connor emailed me Monday morning to say that he had a few that hadn’t been collected and I collected them on the Monday, he also facilitated the cutting of some medications for us. The service from start to finish has been amazing and nothing has been too much trouble with us being kept informed through out the few days that we have been dealing with them and with the added reassurance that if we ever gave any issues in the future that they will be willing to help. Thank you again from all staff and residents

   I just love this pharmacy. The people here are so helpful and very friendly. My prescriptions are always ready when they say there be ready. I phoned today to see if I could get an over 55 flu jab and was really happy to pop down on the same day as enquiring and receiving it. Didn't even feel it. Thank you to all the staff for being so nice.

   In the dark this evening, this pharmacy is really hard to find. So we 'phoned for directions. 'Phone constantly engaged. Someone on the road told us where to drive in, park and walk around the back. Found a pharmacist reading a book with the 'phone off the hook. The important anticoagulant we needed post-surgery was not in stock. We had previously 'phoned to check the stock whilst trying to find the location. But in vain, because the 'phone was off the hook. The stress of all this following my recent open-heart surgery is to be avoided. Someone should be disciplined for this appaling behaviour. Will they be?
