   Security woman is insane! Not by the first time! I like to look for my shades and colour by my own because no one can do it better than me. Anyway, security woman took my personal space! Everytime when i pop in she is stick with me! I feel guilty and awful everything i leave Boots… even if i didn’t break the law and so on. Awful behaviour by security guard!

   Would just like to say a big Thankyou to the manager of the store on Saturday the 14th Sept who resolved a problem that had with product, that no other member of staff could resolve. Need more managers like him. So frustrated and stressed but then he put my faith back in people. Thank you again.

   Approached a staff member, who was just leaning against the makeup stand on her phone, clearly got nothing to do. Was helpful answering our question. However they don’t sell the stuff we wanted in store, it’s all online. Surely if they keep stock of it for the online shop, you would toss them out on the shelves too, but i guess not?

   Got to the store for travel advice told to ring phone number as no one was available but phone contually engaged or recorded message telling you to ring back Returned to store a week later Was told had to book appointment Why could they have not done that in the 1st place

   Tried to get through to the store on the phone for over an hour and a half. Was on hold the entire time. Tried the next day and still no answer. My appointment had been changed without my knowledge and was trying to ring the store to find out why. I understand things like appointments can change due to circumstances that can’t be helped, but it’s unfair to make it impossible for customers to be able to get hold of anyone when they inevitably will have questions

   Visited Boots in Burton on Trent today. I don't usually do reviews on shops as we all shop for different products etc. However today I feel I must congratulate Kerry on the main tills for her excellent service in helping me pack several bags of shopping. All with a smile and friendly approach.
