Highly recommended! We worked with Stuart Jones on our house purchase, and could not have asked for a better conveyancer. Stuart was professional and thorough, making sure we had all the information we needed as we were buying a new build property. He was also realistic, and explained the timescales for each part of the process in the beginning so that we had a realistic expectation. Though it's frustrating as a buyer that things take time during the enquiry stage, because we always knew that Stuart had our best interest at heart we were happy to trust him to ask for the information we really did need. We have had a very poor experience buying a house with this firm. They are very unresponsive and do not chase up on any requests that are made until you send minimum 10+ emails. We purchased and completed on our house in March (10 months ago) and we still have not been sent any final paperwork through from Robert Simmons which our Freeholder is waiting for. We will not be using this firm again and would recommend you find someone else.
