   David and Pauline are both approachable, friendly and professional. I never had trouble contacting either or getting a response. David showed viewers around, he was always on time and gave immediate feedback on the viewing. I felt he got to know our house and the immediate area. Pauline made. Perfect floor plan and the listing on Rightmove and Zoopla was made very well. If there was a change we wanted to the write up or photos, there was no hesitation, it was changed. Very good value for money. We did have 2 estate agents selling ours but Open house made much more effort. And charged a very competitive set fee, The other was a percentage. We obviously preferred Open house to sell our property. We saved thousands. Highly recommend these agents.

   We were extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the initial marketing portfolio that Dave and Pauline put together it really showed off our property to its very best. As the viewings started to increase they undertook to manage them on our behalf and after each reported back how it had gone. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Before too long we had our first offer after some small amount of bargaining we accepted the offer. In the months to follow the transaction became fraught with issues. Dave and Pauline were superb in the handling of the twists and turns of problems that presented keeping us informed at every step. They made us feel that everything that could done was being done.
