   Go out of their way to be helpful, top level service! Would thoroughly recommend! Have helped me on multiple occasions. Once to finish a suspensions service job I got halfway through and realised my tools wouldn't work. Again to process a warranty issue for me, even though I didn't buy the bike from them and finally always having the parts I need in stock when other places don't. Great local bike shop and definitely know their stuff!

   Professionalism, experience, engineering and thinking. Aaron redesigned my Tern Cargo rear tray rack. Had a plate made, he painted it, drilled it and mounted it. And because the rack came with the new bike made no charge. So professional. A thoroughly nice chap. He knows about bikes. Oh and much of this was done on his day off!

   Chase cycles fixed my giant electric bike and they were absolutely fantastic - they went above and beyond to find a few additional bits the bike was missing and they kindly made an attachment to keep my cables neat. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

   Have gone to a few bike stores locally over the years, but none as good as Chase. Aaron's knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. He gives you time and he does what he says he's going to do. Stores like Chase Cycles are exactly the reason why it's better to buy local rather than just go for the cheapest online deal. The customer service and after care from Aaron has been first rate. Have and will continue to reccomend anyone and everyone that needs help with their bike. Update a couple of years on from buying my bike: There's a bike shop a 10 min walk from where I live. I continue to drive 25 mins to take my bike to Chase. I think that says it all.

   Always helpful and useful source of advice. My e-mtb motor packed in and Aaron sorted the replacement even though not a Haibike dealer, fitted it and ensured it was smooth running. Same level of service/support for my other bikes.
