DO NOT USE POOLSTORE UK LTD I ordered the liner from Poolstore UK Ltd via the ‘Gold Service’ and the website says ‘our expert fitters have over 20 years experience’ And 'With the gold service PoolStore will give you full peace of mind because you will not have to do anything. The fitter will come out to you and survey and measure your pool. We will order your liner to your choice of colours and style and when it is ready the fitter will come and take the old liner out and then fit the new liner and refill the pool' It does not mention anything about the customer deciding whether or not to use the fitter they recommend, and if they do a bad job they will take zero responsibility for their actions. The liner was installed in September 2023 by an employee of PoolStores recommended installer. I'll refer to recommended installer as 'A' and his employee as 'B'. (as PoolStore have complained that I used their names) I confirmed by telephone that installer 'B' was known by PoolStore and they displayed no concerns with him installing the liner. They have since claimed he his not one of their recommended installers. Installer A was on holiday and asked his employee Installer B to fit the liner. I called Installer B on January 8th 2024 as the water level in the pool had dropped significantly. The pool had been closed for winter since September 26th 2023 and all pumps, filters and heaters had been disconnected and turned off. Photos were sent to Installer B and we spoke again on January 15th 2024. He suggested that the light fittings were the problem and that I should top up the pool and when he was next in the area he would take a look at the lights (as well as return my vacuum pipe that he took when installing the liner). Installer B never visited and the pool was opened on April 24th 2024 with the liner still leaking. I tried to get local companies to look at the lights throughout the Summer of 2024, but they were concerned that Poolstore UK Ltd, Installer A and Installer B would claim they had caused the problem, so they refused. The Summer of 2024 was spent continuously topping up the pool as it leaked. The pool was closed on October 14th 2024. In March 2025 the water level had dropped below all lights and skimmer fixtures and fittings and sat just at the bottom of the roman end steps bracket. I asked a local company to investigate the cause of the leak and they found a hole in the liner behind the bracket that connects the steps. They also found that gaskets hadn’t been used or replaced when the liner was fitted and silicone had been used instead. This information was sent to Poolstore UK Ltd on March 18th 2025, but their General Manager, disputed it claiming the company was just trying to discredit them and gain my business. He said he was unable to get in contact with Installer B, but Installer A, would contact me. Installer A did contact me, he visited the pool on 28th March 2025, and arranged to come back on April 8th 2025 to try and fix the leak. We were on holiday on that date and only arrived home on April 20th. He messaged me to say the leak was fixed. I arranged for a friend to top up the pool to the required level, and this was done by April 11th. I checked on the pool on April 21st, and the level has dropped considerably again. Installer A visited again on April 28th to apply more silicone around the lights and skimmer faceplate. After he had finished I turned off my pump to monitor the water the level. After 48 hours the level had once again dropped. I messaged Installer A to let him know. He suggested an issue with the pipe works. I have offered to have someone test the pipework for leaks, but have concerns this will once again be disputed. I have asked both Poolstore UK Ltd and Installer A, if they would be willing to be present while the tests took place. PoolStore did not respond to this, and Installer A said he would be willing to be on a FaceTime call whilst the pressure test takes place ‘and then take it from there’. I'm now in the process of taking legal action against Poolstore UK Ltd.

Ordered new pool liner. Excellent service. Can't however say that for the third party fitters they use. Flooded our house with pool water causing lots of damage and refused to accept responsibility. Wayne.

Updated Sept 2022! I have to give Jason five stars. Two years on from self-building a pool he not only gave me good advice then but has also now. His advice gave me peace of mind and we progressed thanks to the details of people he told me about. I placed substantial orders with Poolstore this year and all because of Jason. He has been a breath of fresh air in this day and age where nobody really goes out to help others. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone and highly commend all of them for being so helpful.

I was very happy with this company supplying chemicals at a reasonable price with a reliable delivery. Unfortunately the relationship has soured in recent weeks as their refusal to discuss the delivery of a faulty product (40ft hose) is both bewildering and most disappointing. Their final proposal was that I should wrap the hose (not that easy) and return it at my cost of about £25. Clearly customer relations is not a high priority.

Misleading delivery times, appauling customer service and not a company I would recommend dealings with. This was in regards to copings for a pool we have been doing as part of a project. Tried to supply inferior stones instead using a 3 week long wait for the originals as an excuse. Left unexpected costs to reschedule of works. Have used a different supplier as lost trust, save yourself the same experience.

I've always used PoolStore and find them very helpful and accommodating. When my suction hose broke during a long weekend the boos even let me collect one from his house on a Saturday. Excellent service..
