   Nightmare. Tried to place an order online. The money was taken from my account but the order failed. I rang customer services but no one answered, waited 15 minutes at queue position number one. Had to contact the bank to try and sort it out as my money was frozen in a pending account and now don't have enough money to place another order. going to have to wait 5 days to get the money back. Will go to the local All Rounder store next time I need something. Lesson leant!

   After being a bit let down with another retailer, who failed to inform me of a lack of stock after two days, I placed the same order with Cricket-Hockey. Speed was key and they claimed to despatch the same day with next day delivery. I placed the order just before 2pm on Thursday, got plenty of updates and a message from the courier confirming next day delivery. New bat and balls arrived around 12 midday Friday in time for my son’s cricket training that evening. This is what all online retailers should aspire to, tremendous service.

   Bought two pair of Kookaburra cricket shirts a trousers for my 10 year old sons which on the first day of wear showed significant lints and thread to come out. When complained to Cricket Hockey team about the faulty items and showed pictures, they blamed it wa because of snagging them with other items which was not the case and that they would not replace or refund for the faulty items. Avoid buying from this site.
