Awkward to find, no signage from the main road, missed the turning a number of times. Staff however are friendly and helpful
After placing my order instore , I made the short journey over (only a couple of mins drive) once I arrived I showed my order to the guy better desk and a few minutes later I was packing the car and on my way. Speedy Stress free, friendly service!
Pickup was quick and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff. My order was ready on time and everything went smoothly. The only downside is the access – a bit confusing – and the parking seems more suited for trucks than regular cars. Still, overall a very positive experience.
A friendly very helpful experience. After paying for our sofa bed in the store, we went over to the collection warehouse where the staff were great, and our order was there on a trolley, ready to wheel out to the car. An easy stress free experience. Ikea has soo much to look at, that you can spend all day there. A fantastic shop.
This was a nightmare to find due to road works and sat nav took me a different route behind the building but the actual place had my order ready before I arrived and was quick and easy to collect.
Went to buy items to make an artroom table.....ended up buying a kitchen unit, works perfectly. Very busy store so be prepared for parking wars and long queues for the restaurant.
We decided to renew our bedroom furniture in two bedrooms and after looking around all the usual stores we realized that we could purchase so many configurations and choices from IKEA and it was delivered on a day to suit us and a timed slot that was very accurate time wise and all unloaded right in to the house not dumped at the front porch like some we could mention.The staff in the section we used could not do enough to make sure we got what we wanted and very knowledgeable about the different ways to achieve what we wanted.PS don't forget the restaurant serves meals and good selection of snacks .
Was a little busy but they had all things in place for covid-19. Had everything we wanted. Getting trolleys didn't really work and if you forgot something you had to go outside to then come back in on the one way.
I didn’t even know this place existed until I purchased an IKEA mattress and was told it wasn’t in the main Ikea store. This warehouse is located no more than 10 mins from the Main Ikea and apparently is a kind of overflow. The main store is massive but I suppose as you add lines you only have so much room. So having paid at the main store I was given a small map with directions to the warehouse. Upon arrival a staff member checked my paperwork and there was my mattress waiting already on a trolley. I was in and out in about 2 mins. It was very efficient. Might be slower at weekends but really easy on a Tuesday. The Mattress(small double) was packed up amazingly small complete with carry straps and went on the back seat of the car.
