bought a shower via Aqualisa shower company, iβm paying by direct number which is fine but i need to speak to someone to check my last payment date, iβve left 5 voicemails over last few months and no one picks up the one or gets back to you. also no email address to contact given by the shower company, im calling now as we speak and still music playing in the background . at least call me back please ?

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Duoogi, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Despite having a direct debit in place to settle my account, they continued harassing me with collection attempts, which I believe is a violation of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. On top of that, their service was abysmal. Over the span of two years, they only arranged two viewings for my property. My assigned agent, Michael Wady, became completely unresponsive and failed to arrange property access. Multiple complaints were ignored, and my property remains unsold after two years. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issues, but they failed to address any of my concerns. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for consumer protection laws is appalling. If youβre considering using their services, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

My identity was stolen and a loan was taken out with duologi. Firstly, they allowed a loan to be taken out fraudulently which is not a good look. And then they have spent months failing to deal with the issue before 'selling' my 'loan' to another company. They are a complete mess. I'd have given 0 stars if i could. Terrible customer service, terrible complaints and fraud departments.

I asked them to pause my payments while I contested the validity of them as I was no longer receiving the contractual services of the provider I was paying the loan for. They told me they would stop sending me communications regarding payments, which I assumed meant I could stop my payments. It didn't, they just stopped telling me I needed to pay and because of that my credit score tanked. I contacted them asking them to wipe it from my credit file and they refused to respond, even though once the results came back from me contesting the payments saying that I still needed to pay I started paying immediately and paid the missed payments. I contacted TransUnion to look into this directly and after looking into it they suppressed the missed payments from my credit file and my credit score was good again. Less than a week later these people purposely removed the suppression for absolutely no reason and now my credit score is tanked again. I have never missed payments for any loan in my life and this missed payment was purely from a miscommunication between me and Duologi but they are vindictive and will absolutely refuse to do the right thing. Do not get a loan with these people. *Came back to add that when I contacted TransUnion to look into the black mark, I had paid the rest of my loan to Duologi in full so I was no longer even a customer of theirs and they still decided to do this.

I deal with this company on a daily basis as part of my job. I have nothing but praise for the fantastic support I get from their excellent customer service team and from our account manager, Annette. I understand that there will always be unhappy customers, especially when their applications are declined but, I can only thank them for how I am treated.

Very poor experience with Duologi as a finance provider. They don't really understand the business' they provide finance for or even bother to review their terms of service. Avoid, if you're trying to find a good finance provider, there are far better options. We are now in the process of cancelling with them.

This creatures whatever they are, I was going to order wheels and tyres on finance (its not because I can't afford) I just wanted to pay it on finance since I got my car on finance too and plus I got no choice as my current wheels got multiple cracks due to its size and I was considering to buy a lower size wheel like either 18 or 19 inch so went onto the wheelbase website to order it put my details included the delivery address to be my parents address instead of mine as I wanted to get delivered in there. Anyway I also sent all my details including my bank statements yesterday and it didn't took 2 hours, they got back to me with an email telling me that the finance was declined. I phoned them earlier today and the person said you need to speak to the wheel company, I ranged them up and they said they can't deal with any inquiries which has to do with finance and that I need to speak back to them. So I phoned them back again and was advised that someone will ring me back or contact me back once they rectify the issue surrounding the billing address (I should have put my own address instead of my parents), no reply or contact made whatsoever.

Awful company - canβt get in touch via phone and they ignore email. The funny thing is Iβm trying to pay them money early! - Iβm just glad I donβt have an important issue to contact them on. Avoid.

You'd be amazed at how difficult it is PAYING this company after selling my house through Purplebricks. I've called the switchboard on more than five occasions and never yet connected to somebody. When I've emailed, I've been given instructions to use a reference number on the payment that has a character limit that is too long to use with my bank and when I emailed chasing for this information...nothing. Imagine if all businesses actively prevented cashflow coming into the business?!

Had contact with DuoLogi via Yopa (another company to be avoided) Requesting payment of Β£1000 in relation to a vendors fee for the sale of a property.. the property is still on the market and has not been sold. We ended an agreement which was not subject to any early termination fees with a subsidiary company of of Yopa, Go To. Ever since myself and my ex-wife have been hounded by DuoLogi. Countless emails to payment solutions department and the requests still come through. If you've got a barge pole, I wouldn't even waste the energy to lift it to attempt to touch this company with it!
