“Jerry has been looking after my home insurance for the last year or so and he has made the whole process simple and efficient. From the very start the policy that Jerry got me was not only better than my previous supplier but also cheaper! Recently I’ve had to make my first claim on the policy as my 2 year old daughter threw a ball at my plasma TV and broke it. I didn’t realise when I took the policy out that Jerry actually takes care of the whole claim process for you, which was a great surprise. Even more surprising was finding out the same day that I sent Jerry the quote that the claim had been approved and the money would be in my bank within 4 days. The service that Jerry provides is second to none. He is always prompt in replying if you have any questions or need to make any changes to the policy and not that I needed any more convincing, this first claim has sealed him in my mind as the only Insurance Broker that I would use.
