   Without a shadow of a doubt, this has to be the coolest, most friendly store I have ever been to. We started shopping here when I was looking for some nutritional advice on what to feed our shih tzu. The range of products are excellent and the staff go out of their way to provide you with all the help you need. They’re also incredibly friendly and make my little dog feel like a king whenever we visit, even if we’re just passing and stop to say hello. Truly fantastic people in what seems like a candy store for pets!

   Whilst on holiday in the area my Miniature Schnauzer had gone off her food, so I wanted to try something else. I phoned the Didcot store and spoke to a very helpful lady. We agreed on a food and I said I would be along in an hour or so. When I arrived at the store, the food was behind the counter ready for me to collect. A few days later I was running out of food so I decided to return to the Didcot store where the same lady (her name starts with Z) was again very helpful and polite. A very good experience especially in a world where we have our own problems but we can still smile and be friendly and professional. Thanks

   Great selection of stuff for the dog and even a dog pic n mix. Super friendly and knowledgable staff (esp Bea) who could teach a lot of other shops a thing or two about what good customer service looks like. My dog heads towards the shop door whenever we walk past, so gets her vote too.
