I didn’t have much time to spend searching for what I needed in this shop so I asked the assistant where the item I wanted was kept. She took me straight to the relevant display, explained about the different products and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with the service I received from this friendly member of staff.
Amazing shop. I go in to pets corner once/twice a week for either my dog or lizard and the staff are always amazing. Ellie especially goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need may that be advice on treats or Loki going off his food she is always there to help. 10/10 would recommend
Very warm welcome to both myself and my little toy poodle. The shop floor was clean, tidy and well organised; easy to find products. Loved how spacious the isles were and the cute puppy play area at the front!
Myself and my son come into the shop with our akita loki regularly. Every visit we have been greeted so much like family your staff are so courteous kind and knowledgeable with advice on every aspect of any purchases we may need to make I will continue to and enjoy going to this store for all my pets needs and enjoy a chat with your wonderful staff Definitely 20 out of 10

The prices of some of the basic bedding and food has increased way more than at other pet stores. It is big though with a good selection and friendly staff.
I have nothing but praise for this store, the staff always greet you on entering the store, they are always friendly and very knowledgeable. My puppy attended their “puppy hour” which was a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other puppies. Thank you for all the treats ;)
