   Been going to Blakes now for almost 4 years since moving to Benson. Lovely loyalty scheme for our dry bulk dog food (Skinners) and always offering to carry to the car! Super friendly staff and Dougie loves going in for a treat sometimes. Sometimes there's compost and plants to buy outside which is lovely. I'd say the shop inside is majority dog stuff but it's because it takes up a lot of shelf space. Love supporting a small business and not amazon or pets at home. Just remember to check their opening times and to not be caught out!

   As a bunny rabbit owner it can be hard to get the supplies I need as supermarkets etc often don't stock them. Blakes have a brilliantly well researched range of things you NEED for your bunny rabbits health. For me the giant bags of hay and straw at less than £4 (can't remember exact price) compared to the much more expensive small parcels you can buy from most pet stores are a great deal. I love the idea too of feeding local hay to my local bunnies! They have a comprehensive range of toys, healthy hay based treats, litter trays, brushes and anything else a bunny rabbit owner could need. A great place to have on our doorstep.

   Amazing pet food & accessories store! I Visited today, hoping they had raw dog food and they had quite a few options available in the freezers. My puppy loves the one I chose (Nutriment puppy). They have loads of foods and accessories for dogs, cats and small animals. Much better stock than a Pets at Home! Will definitely be going here from now on. See you soon Blakes :)
