   We've had other people take care of our cat on multiple occasions, and the Cat Palace was defenitely the best experience. Amanda is a caring professional who managed to handle our cat's digestive complications very well. I'm especially grateful for answering all the endless questions from the nervous parents with as much detail as possible. The cattery is a lovely collection of small wooden houses with all the possible amenities and lots of windows and safe spaces. Overall, it really feels like our floof had a wonderful stay at the cattery, despite the overall stress of the affair. 100% recommended.

   In the first instance, I wanted to say a big thank you to Amanda. Our cats stayed for a week recently and we were so impressed by the service received. Amanda is exceptionally thorough in her approach and even provided updates and photos during their stay. Highly recommend and will absolutely be booking in again for our next trip. I think our cats were a little disappointed to come home in the end given all the attention they received! Thank you again!

   This is now the third time Amanda has looked after our two little devils. As always, they are given 5 star treatment and I would not consider leaving them with anybody else. It's not just the fact that the place is beautiful, but Amanda's knowledge and clear love and care for animals that gives us peace of mind every time.

   Thank you so much Amanda for taking such good care of our cats whilst we were away. I didn't have to worry about them at all as I knew they were being well looked after. They have come home with very full bellies thanks to being fed high quality food and the fact Ziggy was rubbing his head against Amanda leg during pick up ( which he never does as he is a very shy cat) just shows that he has been well looked after. Amanda is a lovely lady who is happy to have a chat with you and shows great love to all the animals in her care. Thank you so much again, I recommend Amanda to all my family and friends and won't be taking the cats anywhere else.

   From the moment you step into the animal haven, you can just tell the owners care. Amanda is fantastic, listens carefully to whatever quirks you may have for your furry loved ones and is always a wealth of knowledge. We used the Cat Palace when returning from Australia and our beloved boys (2 cats) were in her care for over 3 months as we desperately searched for a new rental property. She was flexible with dates, let us visit the boys often as we missed them dearly and when we finally moved them into our new home they were happy, healthy and I think even missed the Cat Palace (haha!) How would I describe this place? In one word - exceptional. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the care provided, her attention to detail - and when it comes down to it, the genuine love for animals that just emanates from her. Well, there's no one else we'd use now and so even though we've moved over 1.5 hours away, we still go back and use Amanda when we go on holidays. Because we can relax knowing our boys are in the next best place to home. We cannot recommend the Cat Palace more highly.

   I left my two ringneck parrots with Amanda for a week. She knows how worried I was as it was my first time leaving them. And i am really happy to find her. My birds loved the stay and Amanda looked after them so well. They were given fresh fruits, vegetables and their favourite treat as well. Pets safety is her first priority and im really pleased with her services offered. We are going to come back to her in future.
