   Fun place, great burgers. Good for families. The burgers really are tasty - the BBQ beef is great, and the chicken burger was enormous! The fries are great!

   We came for my son's 13th birthday and wish we'd visited sooner. Great food - burgers were huge as were the portions! Great choice of beers and friendly staff - I'm just sorry it took so long to visit. We will be back soon!

   Very nice modern pub with spacious beer garden by the river. Food (burgers) were tasty however had some issues with one burger coming and the other two had to be chased up but they came fairly quickly after that. Service was fine but no check backs.

   Hello hungry folk of wallingford Long time listener, first time caller. I hands down think this is the best resturant burger for miles and miles around. I'm local to walllingford and currently run my own business in the town, Like myself these guys are also running a small indipendent and absolutely smashing it, as well as top notch food, Jim & his crew have a tight service as well. I can't stress how good these burgers are, i just had a two for one deal and opted for the BBq bacon burger and The hot one ( Not that the portions are small but, both went down a treat). In summary, Best burger, Great service and all round cool vibe. Go check them out, you wont be sorry!

   Great location, I happily booked to stay here with the added comfort that the rooms belonged to a pub and we would be able to eat or drink at the pub whenever we chose. However, the pub closed Christmas eve until 29th of December, after we leave. We were not told about this when we booked and there should be a discount because of this.wont stay here again. Lovely location though.

   Would not recommend the food for vegans! The menu looked amazing with two vegan burgers, loaded fries and a hot dog, but it was a huge let down. The vegan ‘pulled jackfruit’ burger was awful, looked like the jackfruit chunks were straight out of a tin, and it came with no sides or anything listed - no coleslaw or pickles etc. - despite no indication that these weren’t available with the vegan options. When we asked where the rest of it was, the guy said coleslaw wasn’t vegan anywhere. The portion of fries was pretty small too. And all that still cost £13. Even a pint of Coke was £4 which seems steep. The vegan ‘not’ dog was okay at best but was overpowered by way too much mustard and again meagre fries, and definitely not worth £12. The order came out wrong too, sadly without apology, but they did refund the burger upon request. I’m gutted to leave a bad review, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend. It looked like the non-vegan options were far superior, value for money, and great portions, but as a vegan I’d go elsewhere.

   Compliments to the chef! The burgers here are absolutely amazing. I had the BBQ burger and my husband had the hot burger, we both agreed they were the best burgers we've even had. Portion size was great, loved the seasoning on the chips. Really friendly staff, would 100% recommend.
