   The website and Google profile claims to be open to 10pm on weekdays. This isn't true, I was turned away at 7:15pm as they claimed to be only taking online orders.

   Today I had the most disgusting service and behaviour from not a staff member one of the Managers. Even though I ate in the establishment your manager refused to give me access to the toilet. He was arrogant,rude and Sarcastic. I will never eat here again.

   Food was very nice, however the dining area and atmosphere was tragic, half of the dining area was closed off. But the other half that was open wasn’t even cleaned. A lot of dirty tables and food on the floor, bins overfilled and the cashier just standing there doing nothing. No music or anything all you can hear are the loud fans/extraction from the kitchen. Good customer service however.

   Would avoid this place if you are black. Manager is extremely racist. Every single visit has been the same. Today he aggressively approached my partner when I when he was not even serving us implying that we were trying to use two vouchers for one order. Before we even got a chance to explain he began ti attempt to reprimand us and telling us to stop shouting and be quiet. No body had raised their voice and we were simply answering a question. The staff member that had originally been serving us stood of to one corner mute not even explaining the situation to her manager to get him to stop attacking us. But instead waited for her manager to leave to apologise profusely as she had know her own manager was in the wrong. Again this is not the first time something like this has happened with that same manager.
