Awful insurance broker. Dealing with a claim for a dry cleaner I used who ruined my wedding dress. Blocked my claim from every angle. I am sure if they respond to this they will claim they don’t usually deal with third parties as I don’t have the insurance with them and that they investigated and have done all they can but this is lies. I will be taking matters further through legal action and letting people know of their awful service via media. They are out for themselves and their clients with no thought of the person on the other end of the claim and how it may have impacted them! Appalling! DO NOT USE!
IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I have approached this company for my car Insurance. They given one quotation and I agreed for that. They charged me £385 for 1st payment. I requested for policy documents they haven’t sent me, again after 15 hours they sent policy documents. Which is BLOCK BOX POLICY. I requested for refund, from there they are not responding.
Janine is proffesinal and organised, with a friendly and approachable attitude. She offers advice and clarification when needed, and she does so with a positive and upbeat attitude. I wish all my claims were handled by Janine! Great work by a fantastic person who is able to handle such tricky situations!
Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis patiently listened to all problems that had occurred and was extremely helpful in finding solutions and advising how to move forward with the claim. WOW ! almost certainly the most professional, friendliest company I have ever dealt with..... Anthony Bristow took on our claim and a measly offer was pushed up with skills that only someone who really knows their stuff could do...... thought I had a way with words but Anthony's are well beyond my pay grade ! this guy could beat anyone into submission Thank goodness he's in insurance and not law ..... Not a hope in hell with getting off with an ill fitting glove! We would not hesitate passing all our insurance needs this company's way including my beloved boat.
