   We had a complete failure of a combi boiler leaving us without any hot water. Tom very kindly re-arranged the diary to fit us in ASAP. Matt worked hard all day to replace the boiler with a brand new one from Vaillant. All done in one day, including a long and awkward to access flue. All is working well. The price was good too. I would 100% recommend TS Gas to anyone. Thanks Tom and Matt!

   Tom was recommended to me by a friend to service my boiler. His team member Charlie visited within a few days of my initial call and provided a professional and friendly service. All my communications with the team - my initial call with Tom, follow up appointment arrangement with Elaine, visit by Charlie and subsequent emailing of my relevant paperwork - were quick, easy and friendly.    TS Gas have installed a new boiler and heating system for us at our previous property and more recently have serviced our boiler in our current house. Tom and the team are excellent, very polite, extremely efficient and accurate at quotations. Due to the quality of their work my only recommendation is to make sure you book in advance as they get very busy!

   I have used Tom and his team for a few years now and have always been impressed by the service given both in terms of the quality of work and the friendliness of the team. In recent times Tom has been each year to service my gas fire and is very professional taking care to ensure the equipment is working as it should. When Tom first visited my property, he identified an issue with work carried out a few months before by one of the big brands where they had reused a pipe leaving a potentially dangerous valve in place. Based on his due diligence & proactive feedback I was able to have the original company back to put things right without charge and resulting in a much safer system. Would recommend TS Gas.

   Over the years Tom and his team at T.S Gas have helped us to completely refurbish our house, including fitting a new gas hob, new boiler and most recently a complete bathroom refurbishment including a new high-pressure hot water cylinder. The team are friendly, dedicated and work late where required to get the job done. When there is the inevitable minor issue they always resolve it quickly. We're very pleased with our new bathroom which was done to a very high quality of finish. Thank you Tom and team!

   Have TS Gas team serviced in Oct 2022. Job included replace old boiler with new combi boiler, replaced a radiator, install an new exhausted fan in bathroom and dumped old hot/ cold water tank, etc. Tidy, efficient, polite. Had found a very little pipe leakage in the roof and had it fixed speedily in the next day. Kept me in pace of mind. Completed the jobs correctly and accurately.
