   Just picked up weddings rings for myself and my fiancé, and delighted with our experience. Very patient and friendly staff when we selected then, and the same when we picked them up and tried them on. The price was really good and I was able to use my Blue Light Card. Extra points for them having a slightly different style of ring ordered to the store for me to try in addition to the one I actually ordered, because I ended up choosing the alternative they suggested! Staff here are lovely. Really happy and highly recommended!

   I was looking for an engagement ring for my wife, the one she has is 50years old after searching many jewellers I visited Ernest Jones and found the exact ring I had been looking for after gauging the size from my wife's old one and with excellent help from the staff I purchased the ring, the staff at Ernest really were very friendly helpful and attentive my wife loves the ring it's a perfect fit, thank you so much Ernest Jones for all your help.

   We popped in to Ernest Jones to make a simple enquiry about a window display item that was on sale. We left an hour later after purchasing it and having got in to conversation with the ladies in store. The ladies welcomed myself and my wife and were so lovely we sat with them and had a good old chat. Kelly was kind, helpful, easy to chat with, and genuinely enjoyed serving us I'm sure. It clearly makes a difference when you go in to shop with happy and cheerful staff. I'm pretty certain both our day and theirs was a bit sunnier for having made the effort to go in to the store. Thanks ladies.

   Completely incapable of dealing with an order for a watch strap. Nobody in the shop ever seemed to know even basic answers and had to refer them to a manager who never seemed to be present. Promises to return calls were rarely met, and then system blamed. Could not take payment over the phone but insisted on payment up front. Eventually a just gave up and tried somebody else.
