The sales assistant Salier was so professional and efficient in helping us find the perfect present for Christmas. She is a credit and a great representative of the company.
I called in earlier the week to look at ladies’ watches for my wife. Exa approached and asked if I wanted any help but was respectful of my ‘I’m just looking’. He advised another customer to take a photo of the watches in the display case so I did as well and was then able to return today to purchase one of the watches my wife had picked out. Exa served me today and was polite and efficient.
I visited H. Samuel in Basingstoke today and did some shopping. I found a lot of great options, and I genuinely think it’s worth visiting the store rather than shopping online. Seeing the beauty of the jewellery in person makes all the difference. Regarding the customer service, I have to mention how helpful Sahar was. She showed me a variety of jewellery items that were on sale, and I ended up getting a great value deal. Thank you for the excellent service!
My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced here and Komal did an amazing job! She was kind, calming and made my daughter feel at ease straight away. She talked her though what was going to happen and made her smile and relax. The service was fab and the price was great too. Highly recommend.
Walked in. Stood at the desk for fifteen minutes trying to make eye contact with the staff. Was ignored the whole time. Walked out. Spent my money elsewhere.
Bought a necklace for my mums 60th. Wasn't a cheap necklace. After the second time wearing it the chain snapped, was only 2 months old. They sent it off and tested it. They told me it was broken forcefully. Absolutely disgusted as I know damn well it wasn't pulled or snapped. It broke as it was repositioned. Now for a necklace to break from being repositioned shows a total lack of quality and shows a fault in the necklace. I have always purchased from H Samuels but after this absolutely disgusting customer service I will never shop with your company again.
DONT BOTHER GOING HERE GO TO READING If I could put 0 stars I would I took my wedding ring in to get resized and given a price of £41.50 to pay at the end this was not a estimate this was a total price receipt. They took my phone number down wrong so couldn’t get hold of me, after 2 weeks of nothing I called them to check it was done only to find out it hasn’t been touched! They told me ( rather rudely) because it had a pattern in the middle I was going to cost £65.50 the money wasn’t the issue it was more principal they said it was one price then move the goal posts. It also clearly stated on my receipt that I had the pattern on the ring this was clearly a store error one of witch the manager was quick not to take any ownership of! After talking to the Reading manager about the situation she assured me that if I was to bring it to them they would honour the original cost and get it sorted so I would strongly recommend going to Reading for anything as the Basingstoke store doesn’t seem to know what they are doing nor have the people skills to sort the issue there and then Moral of the story is avoid the Basingstoke branch because they are happy to take your money but not happy do do anything to solve issues or repairs and if my word isn’t good enough do what I should have done and check the other Google reviews seems I’m not the only one!
I’d give them a decent review if they picked up the phone. Have been trying to get in touch for 3 days and nobody has answered. Well done, your poor customer service communication has lost you a potential transaction of £524.99
