   I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I visited the store a little over 18 months ago, due to a horrific experience at another jewellers with my engagement ring. The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting Sophie, and she has been my little god send since. From the word go, she has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very informative. We found the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for myself after about 30 minutes and Sophie made the whole experience enjoyable and as if we were mates catching up. We have since been back to buy more jewellery for our up coming wedding and every time we walk in the staff remember who we are and take the time to chat. We have had the pleasure of mainly dealing with Sophie, as we seem to time it on the days she works and she really has become a part of this whole wedding process... plus her know and her ability to remember just what I like and look for in jewellery, is brilliant!. I honestly won't go anywhere else for my jewellery now. Also if your looking for a watch Curtis is your go to.

   We recently visited the beaverbrooks branch in Basingstoke to choose a ring. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable of the ring we chose. Special thanks to Sammy and Sophie for making the whole experience just beautiful, so much so i got all emotional lol...and trying their hardest to get my size in before we went on holiday. Also thanks to Elena who saw to us when we picked the ring up. Will definitely use this store again..highly recommend

   Lauren is a credit to Beaverbrooks Basingstoke! We had a fabulous experience with her. What started as coming in to get sized for rings, turned into trying on rings, turned into picking and purchasing not only our engagement ring but both wedding bands too! This was almost entirely due to her warm approachable nature, and great sales skills. Love the customer service, the environment, the jewellery. A fab experience overall.

   Excellent service today from Rebecca. She spent a long time with me helping me to decide and find the perfect watch, and I couldn’t be happier with what I went for. She took time to listen to what I liked and went back and forth several times with different choices. Good customer service really goes a long way and I think Rebecca went above and beyond today. 100% would recommend Beaverbrooks. Thanks!

   I had the most amazing experience buying my wedding ring from Beaverbrooks in Basingstoke. My plan was to shop around for the cheapest option, with Beaverbrooks being my first stop. However I had such wonderful service from Sinead who I felt like I'd known for ages, who was interested in my wedding and was friendly, chatty without being over-familiar or insincere got me so excited about getting my ring. So much so that I didn't even bother going to another store and bought my ring there and then. I didn't realise that the experience of buying my wedding ring was important, but when I received it I realised how much it affected investing in quite a high price item of real sentimental value. Thank you to Sinead for her amazing service. x

   The people in this shop are so friendly and kind and welcoming. Today's visit was a prime example; I had a lovely chat with one of the young members of staff while Sinead worked on adjusting my watch bracelet - and she wasn't content until it fitted perfectly. She was wonderful. Thank you so much! My favourite shop in the area :)
