   The team is super friendly here, I found the jewellery qualitative and the prices very affordable. Highly recommend this store, I did not read the other reviews but I believe that the store was underated. I am very pleased.

   Purchased my wedding ring from here and the staff were friendly and price was good. My wife also purchased her wedding ring from here as well but unfortunately it got sent back, it was not as it looked in the shop. The ring was very poor in quality and didn't fit well either.

   Very helpful store assistant. I was buying for my teenage granddaughter ,I asked the store manager if I could return the jewellery if she didn't like it and was promptly told I could only exchange and keep the receipt! I didn't like the fact that I would have to pay £3.50 for a box and small bag !!??Not the best experience.

   I visited this shop recently I was looking for some earrings. The two women behind the counter were talking to each other non stop. They did not acknowledge me at all I may as well have been invisible. I wasn't asked if I needed help with anything. I felt very uncomfortable and left. I was going to purchase some earrings from this shop. I decided to leave instead. I will not come to this shop again. Very disappointed.

   Ridiculous returns policy. I tried to return a necklace, untouched still in box, original receipt etc. They do not do refunds, only credit note. You cannot use the credit note in any other store. You cannot use the credit note on line. You cannot use it to order in things from other stores. Eventually I found something I wanted to exchange. The assistant said it would take up to 6 weeks to get it in my correct ring size.

   Went in to see if they could fix a bracelet and they said they don’t normally fix jewellery and my Nan had bought me it for my 18th birthday so I really was worried I wouldn’t get it fixed. Instead they gave me a new one which was so lovely. The staff are always amazing !! :)

   I recently visited to purchase a ring I had seen online for my partner. Online at the time I could order the correct size for 1the advertised price. I went into store and was waiting for 25 minutes before a member of staff could to talk to me. I told the lady, what I wanted and was informed to order this I would need to pay an extra 10 pounds to order it and it would take 6 weeks to arrive. I paid for this before referring back to the website that evening and could not find anywhere on the website informing me it would be 10 pounds more expensive. I got a call at the end on January telling me the ring was ready so I went in to collect it and all is well with the product. However I was told a gift box would be an additional cost, which is again a cost I would have avoided if ordered online. I also saw in store when collecting it and now on the website that the price of the item has gone down in price. I have no issue with the quality of the product just the quality of the store. Would recommend buying online if you wanted Warren James products.
