   I have tried to contact this company 6 times for help. They refuse to respond. I finally got the items. I am missing a $50 item and the tankards that I ordered aren't even close to what they advertise. Unbelievable how disappointing they are. Birthday gift was ruined and almost $200 wasted with no regard from the company. looks like something I could have bought at big lots or something. Extremely disappointed but afraid I'll never get my money back because their policy states to contact them. I've tried 6 times.

   Total scam I've placed order on 17 July 2022 never received item or confirmation only "thanks for your order email" 11 days later still nothing no phone number only email I've tried contact trough email guess what? Still nothing. Luckily I always shop with care in web and paid with PayPal got my money back but time wasted. AVOID

   Placed an order back in March, was charged and still no delivery. I understand with everything going on in the world, times are tough. But I've tried to contact this company a few times to chase this order up and have as of yet received no reply. So, in effect, I have given the money spent away for nothing. I can see that people are receiving their items, and seem happy with them, so this is not a normal occurrence. But, from personal experience, a terrible retailer with 0 customer service.
