   Not Recommended at all. This is not a place to even to see some jewellery. The staff has not correctly detailed their exchange policy on the purchase movement when I inquired. When I need to exchange the same on following day to have a small jewellery item on the design, they refuse the request which is contradic with the initial discussion. Your money is risk and worse experience I had in my life.

   Absolutely appalling services they claim to be a professional company but try to scam their customers do not spend your money here!!!! Purchased a necklace for my partner the day before valentines and she did not like it so we came to exchange and they was telling us that the receipt they gave us was not good enough and that they would not be able to give is the full price i asked reluctantly how much they would provide and they cameback at £2 less than we paid so o said fine to then while my partner looked for a replacement they had the audacity to come out and say we have found the same necklace that has been sold for 2/3 of what she had quoted us 5 minutes prior absolute SCAM

   Worst experience ever i come to buy a cuban chain and a bracelet on 28.08.2023 at 13:17 i pay 175 pound for both 5 min later they offer the bracellet for free when u buy the chain i came back next day to refund it or to ask the money for the bracellet and a rude lady that in my oppinion shouldnt work there but i understat the disrespect towards the costumers with this kind of offers one costumer buy expensive other cheep what can u expect to have trained staff they chuck in there who ever they can with education or not ....thatnks warren james you made me aware that scams are not only online

   One lady (black ) i don't remember the name.i went today afternoon.i was in the queue more than half an hour with my husband.when our turns we just stand infront of the lady staff.. she saw that then she asking "who's next?" Then I said "we're next .. we're in the queue"then one lady behind us she also said the same ...I feel like this staff is rude and the racist character so you must kick out this lady from the service...I liked one earring that's why I patiently wait for everything..otherwise I'll say goodbye from the beginning..so I decided now I'll book anything from the online..but I won't visit this shop again ...really upset and insulting .If I can give 0 star I'll give that..

   I bought sterling silver necklace 45£ in reading but the quality is not right the side of the necklace is too sharp and scratched my neck i went back to the shop to return or replace the different one even i pay more money I don't mind just to replace! but the lady said company is not allowed to replace or return the item. How rude this lady and customer service are really very bad!!! I don't recommend this shop!

   Absolutely disgusting service! Husband gifted me a ring for my birthday which did not fit my finger at all. He was told he can exchange the ring if it was wrong size. Next day after receiving the ring we went to the store with receipt to exchange the size and a lady called Beverley refused to exchange the ring. The ring does not fit any of my fingers so no use to me ...and they flat out refused to exchange. Wrong information given once purchased. They only care about making a sale and not customer satisfaction! Do not recommend at all ...Poor service!!

   Excellent service. Young lady assistant with old fashioned polite service. Explained everything we needed to know more than once to confirm our order. Friendly with a lovely smile. We purchased a ring and the price was very reasonable compared to all the other jewellers we visited in Reading. Would recommend.
