   I could not have wished for more helpful assistants than Becky, Jen and Sandra. They went above and beyond to obtain a bracelet needed as a gift for Christmas, days before the big day - I had already bought the last one they had in stock. Additionally, they put aside a watch needed as another gift, so it wouldn't be sold before I got to the shop. Thank you, ladies, for all your help - the gifts helped make Christmas Day special for my family. Andy.

   My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and he was so happy with the service he received that we just had to get our wedding rings from here! I already purchased a wedding ring here but it was a while ago as we did changed our wedding year. This week I found a new wedding ring by pure accident which is when we had the delight of meeting Becky. Becky let me try on the ring I had in mind and a gave me her honest opinion on the ring I had and the ring I was looking at. She was honest and so excited for me and the ring I loved and also for our wedding. We really appreciated her customer service and look forward to coming back again. Thank you so so much x

   I had my engagement ring brought from.here after having my daughter it did not fit. Sent it to be resized only to get it back that part of the metal holding the stone it had snapped. They are stating it was not them however I have pictures to support it was not like that. Absolutely appalled.
