I would give them 0 starts if I could. Seriously, do not get your infant, child OR yourself pierced here. I had a nose piercing and my 2nd two earlobes piercings done. The nose piercing was wobbly and moving within 3 days of me getting the piercing and eventually fell out. As I am typing this comment I am currently in urgent care trying to get my left earlobe piercing removed, as it SUNK into my skin and now will need to take it out. The bill came up to £87, and more than half of it wasn’t worth it, the staff was so unprofessional and rude during the day too but I ignored it because at the end of the day we can’t all be perfect. If you want to end up with an ear piercing infection or a nose piercing that lasts for less than a week feel free to use their service.
I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star as I brought a autistic child in a the way they handled his peircing was disgusting he understood it would hurt but she had missed the dot completely and his ear in now bruised half way up and you can just about see the peircing itself also online it's advertised as £14 but after you have had the peircing it costs 29 FOR A SINGLE and nothing is said that you have to have the cleaning solution with is an extra £15. What they had pierced his ear with is a £2 gun of amazing they were very rude when I tried to give back the cleaning solution and they did not handle the peircing professionally never going back and would not recommend
claires is a funny one because more often than not i find something i like but other times i have a bad expiereince . came in with a friend once looking for 'glitter hair spray' (weird i know.) but they do have it and sell it as ive seen it before and its on the website. me and my friend looked around for it for a bit then eventually made our way to the desk where a worker waas just on her phone and ignorinf everything going on around her. we asked her where to find the specific product and she didnt even look up from her phone and just said 'we dont have'. it was quite rude and embarassing for us as we apologised and left. get better claires ...... also i do wish it were cheaper . even the reduced section is mad pricing . and stuff from there just breaks anyway...
Lots of lovely things to buy. Well set out and clearly organised. Some items a bit pricey. Young lady serving was extremely helpful and knowledgeable
11:10 on Sunday 13th November no sign of the shop being open...... Only here to get refund because of an item being incorrectly charged on a previous visit (Didcot branch)
Very expensive to get ear piercing done! Plus gave us the wrong after care instructions (nose piercing care leaflet) in the bag! I would 100% recommend going elsewhere! Last time I visit here. A firm 2 stars.
Visited today (pre booked) for my 8 month old to have her ears pierced, I was almost sick with nerves. They were fantastic, my little girl barely flinched and the whole experience was amazing!!! She has been happy smiley baby all day and the piercings are perfect
I had a wonderful experience with Holly today as she did a few piercings for me. She was friendly and welcoming, went above and beyond to ensure I was relaxed as she took great care to make sure I was happy with the placement and took the time to answer any questions I had about aftercare. She was really funny too and found her to be a hoot! I would highly recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
