   We went to buy 3 items of jewellery for 3 gifts which together came to approximately £200. The assistant asked “ Which one would you like in a box” She added “ You only get one box per transaction . You can buy extra boxes at £1.25 each “ “ Thats policy “ Spending £200 and only one box !!!!! for 3 gifts for multiple people! If we didn’t really want the items we would have walked away and they would have lost the sale . But instead we bought each of the items as a separate transaction and we were allowed one box per transaction !!!! Crazy .

   I had an amazing experience when I went shopping for a present for my Girlfriend. The shop is in amazing condition and it’s clearly ran very well. The staff are all very smiley and friendly and make you feel as if they have plenty of time to assist you with any questions or queries that I had. The staff are clearly very well trained on all the jewellery within the shop. Chloe served me and she knew everything about all the different type of stones and then made sure I got the correct measurements based off what I had told her. I would highly recommend going here for Jewellery.

   been discriminated today in this shop in Reading , i was in the queue and staff let a woman behind who is white to be serve a head of me . i gave her the stuff and walked out . never go there again

   Really rude staff. Went there for the first time and for sure it’s the last. I’ve tried a earring not knowing it wasn’t allowed, to be harshly told that I’ve ruined the piece and no one else could try it, and that I would have to pay, which is fine, I said ok I’m gonna pay for it, no problem, but this person kept talking in a rude manner. I don’t have any problems with the policy, but the way that I was talked to was humiliating. I don’t believe it reflects the whole team, but the staff at The Oracle could do better.

   I absolutely love this store and can easily spend hours admiring their beautiful pieces. I have previously bought some earrings from them and I get compliments whenever I wear them. The staff is very friendly and informative.
