   Had to take my engagement ring in due to a diamond falling out. I was dealt with efficiently, had my ring back in just over 4 weeks and freshly polished and cleaned. Additionally handed my wedding ring in for a clean and Polish- turn around time was just under 2 weeks. Great service, had phonecalls and an email to confirm when the rings were ready for collection and both rings came back looking brand new.

   I took the time to read other reviews of the store before I left mine and clearly we came in the wrong day. We went in to look at wedding rings, and were unfortunately brushed off by the older woman in the store who clearly did not want to help or engage us. Halfway through talking to us she decided to talk to another customer who walked in and seemed to know. Obvious our custom was not important enough we left feeling like we were not worth her time and instead spent a lovely hour and a half in Beaverbrooks next door who took the time to understand what we liked, taking us through multiple options and couldn’t have done more to make our experience a wonderful one. Happily we now have one of our rings on order and another sure to follow soon!

   We received absolutely brilliant service from Mary at the weekend. We weren’t sure what types of wedding bands we wanted, Mary was super helpful in helping us pick and explaining everything to us. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying, the whole experience was just wonderful. I highly recommend this branch.

   We went into this store a few times to decide on an engagement ring and the staff we spoke to, Grace and Tina were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Their service is fantastic and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy jewellery. They have a great collection, one of the rings I wanted to try was not in store and we managed to order it in to try after a few days, the service with that was also very fast and Tina was very helpful. Thanks to the team at Ernest Jones HW.
