Bought a silver bracelet from here and within weeks the clasp had broken meaning the bracelet kept falling off. I contacted the company 3 times and had no reply.

Really great place to get silver jewellery. A clasp on an earring I have had for a few months broke and they sent me a replacement for free. They really care about customer service and loyalty. They also use environmentally friendly packaging and the website design is really good as well.
